Scheduling a Medication Review

Effectively plan for the time required to complete a Medication Review by scheduling a Medication Review.

All scheduled Medication Reviews appear:

• In Nexxsys under More > Activities. For more information see Activities Dashboard.
• In Patient Centre on the Medication Review Workbench under Activities.

To ensure as many opportunities for patient care are realized, when a patient is eligible for a medication review, the review will automatically be scheduled and display for 30 days or until the Medication Review Activity is managed in the Nexxsys and Patient Centre.

In order to complete a medication review on a mobile tablet, a medication review must be scheduled from Nexxsys.

A medication review can be scheduled in three ways:

1. From the Workbench
2. From the Eligibility Prompt
3. From the PFS Button
